The privacy notice outlines the personal information that we collect (as described in the section named “INFORMATION WE COLLECT and HOW WE USE IT”). We do not collect any specific categories of personal information about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life or sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership or information about your health or genetic or biometric data). European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses: We have implemented measures to protect your personal information, including by using the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal information between our group companies and between us and our third-party providers. These clauses require all recipients to protect all personal information that they process originating from the EEA or UK in accordance with European data protection laws and regulations. Our Standard Contractual Clauses can be provided upon request. We have implemented similar appropriate safeguards with our third-party service providers and partners and further details can be provided upon request. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING We rely on various legal bases under the EU-UK GDPR to process your personal information, including our legitimate interests, contractual necessity, and as required by law. In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. The Wolf Ltd. and its affiliates consider the protection of personal information to be a sound business practice, and to that end, employ appropriate technical and organizational measures, including robust physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect personal information in their possession or under their control. Personal information may be kept for as long as it is required for legitimate business purposes, to perform contractual obligations or, where longer, it is required to comply with applicable regulatory or legal obligations (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements), resolve disputes or collect fees owed. Personal information will be retained throughout the life cycle of any applicable service account managed by The Wolf Ltd. However, some personal information will be retained after a client ceases to obtain services from The Wolf Ltd. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
